These standard Software as a Service ("SaaS") Terms and Conditions (the “Platform License” or “Agreement”) set forth the terms and conditions under which Microshare, Inc. (“Microshare”) or any Microshare-authorized reseller (“Reseller”), will provide the SaaS Platform (as hereinafter defined) and accompanying Hardware (as hereinafter defined) to each End User of the SaaS Platform (“End User”). Microshare and End User are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
