This Amendment (the “Amendment”) amends the Local Wholesale Complete Commercial Agreement (“LWC Agreement”) by and between AT&T-22STATE and Big River Telephone Company, LLC (“CARRIER”), executed November 4, 2009 hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”, and shall apply in the States of Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri and Tennessee.
