These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Bridge 2 Technologies, LLC. doing business as B2T (“B2T” 'we”, "us,” or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the http://www.theb2t.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the 'Site"). We are registered in California, United Slates and have our registered office at 2633 Camino Ramon, Suite 325, San Ramon, CA 94583. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions, including the Services Agreement posted on the Site, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
