This License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on this the day of , 20 , (the “Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF MANOR, a home-rule municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Texas situated in Travis County, Texas (the “City” or “Licensor”), and SHADOWGLEN GOLF, L.P., a Texas limited partnership (the “Licensee”). The City and the Licensee are referred to together as the “Parties”.
