Whereas the Recipient shall cause the Soroca Apa Canal to carry out Part A of the Project utilizing a portion of the financing made available by the International Development Association, acting in its own capacity, under the Development Credit Agreement No. 3763-MD (Pilot Water Supply and Sanitation Project) between the International Development Association and the Recipient, as amended, dated June 9, 2003 (the Development Credit Agreement).
