WAC 332-22-190 Geothermal resources lease—Term. Geothermal re- sources leases shall be for a term of up to 55 years, subject every five years to approval by the department of the current plan of devel- opment. If the lessee fails to substantially comply with the plan of development, as determined by the department, the department may elect to terminate the lease.
