The real property of the licensor that licensee is permitted to enter under and pursuant to this agreement is described as follows: Licensee understands that this is a license agreement. That it is revocable at any time as per this agreement and the rules and regulations incorporated herein. Nothing contained in this agreement shall be construed to grant a leasehold interest to licensee. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that no lease hold interest is created by this instrument.
