and its duly authorized representatives (“User”) desire to utilize the electronic customer information system (CIG Xpress 2.0 System) for the purpose of acquiring information and/or transacting business on the systems of Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (“CIG”), Wyoming Interstate Company, L.L.C. (“WIC”), Cheyenne Plains Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (“CP”), Ruby Pipeline, L.L.C. (“RUBY”), and Young Gas Storage Company, Ltd. (“Young”) (CIG, WIC, CP, RUBY, and Young are collectively referred to as “the Companies”). In addition to complying with any operating procedures established for the use of CIG Xpress 2.0 System by CIG (as operator of CIG Xpress 2.0 System for the Companies), User and CIG also agree to the following:
