The Department of Recreation reserves the right to change, alter, amend or cancel any or all of the regulations and rental rates contained herein at any time. The Department of Recreation reserves the right to cancel any reservation for the use of the Sports Park due to local, state or federal emergency needs. A full refund will be given in this event. The user may not use the facility for any other than the stated purpose.
