This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is an Agreement between the Northern Panhandle Workforce Development Board, Inc. (NPWDB, Inc.), Region 5, and American Job Center Core/Required Partner _ . The goal of the parties to this Agreement is to ensure the delivery of high quality career and training programs, activities and services sponsored and offered by the Core/Required Partner within the local workforce investment system. The parties to this Agreement shall coordinate career and training programs, activities and services and activities described herein and within the scope of the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2014. This MOU will be construed, interpreted and enforces according to the laws of the State of West Virginia. All parties shall comply with all applicable federal and State laws and regulations and local laws to the extent that they are not in conflict with State or federal requirements.
