CIMPOR – Cimentos de Portugal, SGPS, S.A. signed yesterday with Camargo Corrêa Cimentos, S.A. a binding agreement to acquire 51% of the share capital of CINAC – Cimentos de Nacala, S.A. (“CINAC”), a participation the abovementioned CIMPOR shareholder had just acquired from the Mozambican group INSITEC. The completion of this CIMPOR acquisition is subject to notification to the Mozambican relevant authorities and to the approval of CINAC financing banks.
