This Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) is entered into by and between the City Council of City of Falls Church, Virginia (“City of Falls Church”) and Name of Company (“Name of Company”). Throughout this MOA Name of Company and City of Falls Church may each be referred to as a “party,” and may be referred to jointly as the “parties.” This MOA governs the terms, responsibilities and performance measures between Name of Company and City of Falls Church regarding Name of Company’s provision of shared mobility devices (SMDs) on property within City of Falls Church (the “Demonstration Project”).
