This Community Solar Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of [ ], (the “Effective Date”) by and between [ ] (“Seller” or “we” of “us”) and the Subscriber named above (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”), pursuant to which Subscriber will subscribe for Community Solar Credits (defined below) produced by the solar photovoltaic system described herein (the “System”) participating in your state’s community solar program (the “Program”) (refer to Section 12 for the official name of your state’s Program).
