In accordance with the Oregon Specialty Structural Code (OSSC) 107.1 and 1704.2.3, the Registered Design Professional (RDP) shall prepare and submit a special inspection and structural observation statement complying with OSSC 1704.3 and 1704.5. The RDP shall confirm that the special inspection and structural observations noted below are indicated on the construction documents. This agreement is meant to denote areas requiring special inspection. See the approved plans for specific requirements related to each respective area.
