DePaul University is seeking to enter into a master service agreement (MSA) with a reseller for Networking Equipment. This MSA will be a three-year agreement that allows the Information Services division and other areas of the university to purchase products and services without the need to go out to bid on individual orders. The agreement covers all the legal and general pricing requirements of the relationship. The University is also a member of various co-ops, including E&I, NJPA and US Communities.
