This Subdivision Development Agreement entered into this day of , 20 , by and between Meadowlark Trails, LLC (Jason Marcus, Manager, Meadowlark Trails, LLC), of Douglas, Wyoming, referred to as “Developer”, and the City of Douglas, Converse County, Wyoming, hereinafter referred to as "City" for the Development of a tract of property defined herein as MEADOWLARK TRAILS SUBDIVISION NO 3.
