This state Collective Agreement of the Contact Center Sector has been signed, on the one hand, by the Business Association “SPANISH CONTACT CENTER ASSOCIATION (ACE)” on behalf of the companies of the sector and, on the other hand, by the Trade Union organisations CCOO and FeSMC- UGT, on behalf of the labour collective covered by this agreement.
