This Agreement is between you and BBDO New York, a division of BBDO USA LLC., a Delaware limited liability company having offices at 1285 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York (together, with its parents and subsidiaries, "BBDO" or “us” or “we”) and governs your use of the BBDO Skill on Amazon’s Alexa service on any Alexa-enabled device (the “Skill”). The Agreement applies in addition to, and is not intended to replace, any other agreement that may be in effect between you and BBDO.
