THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the University of Connecticut (“UConn”) and Daniel Hurley (“Hurley”). This Agreement becomes effective as of April 1, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) following execution by both parties, regardless of the date of execution. Capitalized terms used, but not defined, in this Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in Exhibit A.
