THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this 25th day of June, 2015, by and between the Arizona Department of Revenue, hereinafter referred to as Department, and the City of Tempe, an Arizona municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as City. This Agreement shall supersede and replace all previous intergovernmental agreements, including amendments thereto, entered into by the Department and City regarding the administration, collection, audit and/or licensing of transaction privilege tax, use tax, severance tax, jet fuel excise and use taxes and rental occupancy taxes imposed by the State, cities or towns.
