Lutheran Social Services of Illinois, No. 2023-CH-00895, currently pending in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois (the “Litigation”). LSSI and Plaintiffs are each referred to as a “Party” and are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”

Riverside Medical Clinic No. CVRI2203466, currently pending in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Riverside (the “Litigation”). Defendant and Plaintiffs are each referred to as a “Party” and are collectively referred to herein as “the Parties.”
