This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement” or “Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and between NorthStar Emergency Medical Services, Inc. (“NorthStar”), and Plaintiffs Joshua Kemp, Matthew Rivers, Woodward Sanderson, Mary Williams, and Jamesetta Wilkerson (collectively, “Plaintiffs” or “Class Representatives”), both individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class, in the case of Kemp v. Northstar Emergency Medical Services, Inc., No. 63-cv- 2023-900249.00, currently pending in the Circuit Court of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama (the “Litigation”). NorthStar and Plaintiffs are each referred to as a “Party” and are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
