This Charitable Donation Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March 10, 2016 (the "Effective Date”) by and between the Compton Council of Campfire Inc. (the “Contributor"), an autonomous California non-profit public benefit 501c(3) corporation, and the City of Compton (the “Recipient”) as a charitable donation as described herein (the "Contribution"). The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which the Contributor shall provide and the Recipient shall receive the Contribution.
