This Direct Master License and Confidentiality Terms for Beta Solutions (EMEA) (the “Agreement”) will govern certain “Beta Solutions” provided by “Avaya” to “Licensee” for testing. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is the date Licensee and Avaya execute a “Beta Letter” and continues in effect until terminated in accordance with Section 14 below.
