This HSA Administrative Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Group and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (“BCBSM”) and will be effective on January 1, 2012 (“Effective Date”) and will remain in effect for one year. This Agreement will automatically renew for a one-year term on the anniversary of the Effective Date each year, unless terminated as set forth below.
