This Lease of Airport Premises (“Lease”) is dated for convenience this 5th day of December , 2022_, and is by and between the City of San José, a municipal corporation of the State of California (“City”), and ZIPAir Tokyo Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary corporation of Japan Airlines Co. Ltd., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Japan, and authorized to do business in the State of California (“Tenant”). All capitalized terms in this Lease shall have the meanings set forth in Section 1, “Definitions and Summary of Lease Terms”, unless otherwise specifically defined in this Lease.
