Reserving to the Grantor in Deed Book F-30 at Page 434 (Evelyn Knighton Rogers) all the Oil, Gas and Minerals in, on, and under the above described land together with any systems or fixtures as may be attached thereto, all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto, hereinafter referred to as the “Property", ( ) [checked if applicable] which is more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
