These terms of use are entered into by and between FACILITATOR (“FACILITATOR”), a [type of corporation] under the laws of and you as an individual or, if acting on behalf of your employer or another entity, the entity for which you act as agent when accessing the Platform (defined below) (“you” or “your”). If you are not authorized to enter into a binding contract on behalf of the party for which you are accessing the Platform, you are not authorized to access the Platform unless such party has provided separate written authorization to FACILITATOR. FACILITATOR and you may be referred to herein by name or individually, as a “Party,” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
