These Terms apply to The Constitutional Audio Tour which is also marketed under various names including, but not limited to, Philly MP3, The Constitutional Audio Tour, The Constitutional Audio Walking Tour and Philly By Phone, (collectively referred to as “Audio Tour”) that you can listen to on various devices, mediums and formats, including, but not limited to, iPods, MP3 players, CD players, mobile phones, PCs, etc. The Audio Tour may be distributed through different distributors (“Authorized Distributors”) that The Constitutional Guided Walking Tours, LLC, and/or The Constitutional Foundation, Inc. d/b/a The Constitutional Walking Tour of Philadelphia (“The Constitutional”) has arranged and/or will arrange including: 1) online and available for download at various Web sites, including, but not limited to: http://www.The Constitutional.com, http://www.phillymp3.com, http://www.phillywalk.com, and 2) for rental and/or purchase at various tourist locations in the Philadelphia area.
