This agreement is entered into between the College of the Holy Cross (“College”) and the undersigned student (the “Student”) and Student’s parent or guardian if Student is under 18 years of age on the terms and conditions set forth below. Student (and Student’s parent or guardian if Student is under 18 years of age) understands and agrees as follows:
