THIS REDEVELOPMENT CONTRACT (the “Contract”) is entered into between the COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, (“Authority”), and SUPER MARKET DEVELOPERS, INC., a
