Contract must be accompanied by a 10% deposit to secure your date and time. An additional 60% is due before August 31st. The final 30% and any additional fees must be received NO later than 2 weeks before the scheduled event. If the balance is not paid in full by the deadline, the event and time will be released. The Texas Renaissance Festival will then be relieved of all responsibility to provide facilities and or services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
