(“STG”), a Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, with offices at 1101 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Suite 109, Gulf Breeze, Florida 32561 and Verizon South Inc. f/k/a GTE South Incorporated (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia with offices at 4100 Roxboro Road, Durham, North Carolina 27704-2166.
