This Release and Usage Agreement (Agreement) is between the SRRB and the User, and it gives the User certain limited rights to use materials held by the SRRB. All rights not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved to the SRRB. The SRRB is holding the materials in trust and, unless otherwise noted, is responsible for component parts of the materials, and hereby grants to the User a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the materials based on the terms and conditions of this Agreement. From the date of receipt, the User agrees to reasonable efforts to protect materials from unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or publication.
