This agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 20th day of September, 2021, by and between SHC Services, Inc. d/b/a Supplemental Health Care, (hereinafter “SHC”), with principal offices located at 1640 W. Redstone Center Drive, Suite 200, Park City, Utah 84098 and Pickerington Local School District, on behalf of itself, its schools, programs, and subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Client”) with its principal offices located at 90 N. East Street, Pickerington, OH 43147. SHC and Client are sometimes referred to as a “party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
