This Agreement is made as of the I" day ofAugust, 2016 by and between Excelsior College, a not-for-profit education corporation organized and operating under the laws ofthe State ofNew York, having its principal office located at 7 Columbia Circle, Albany, New York 12203 (hereafter referred to as "Excelsior"), and Suffolk County Community College, an education corporation organized and operating under the laws of the State ofNew York, having its principal office located at 533 College Road, Selden, NY 11784 (hereafter referred to as "Partner").
