Participation in San Antonio Building Owners and Managers Association, Inc.’s (“SA BOMA”) Annual Sporting Clay Tournament (the “Event”) requires physical stamina, motor coordination, and mental alertness. “Sporting Clay Activities” is defined as those activities which customarily take place during a clay shooting tournament, including but not limited to walking on unlevel terrain, the presence and use of firearms and the equipment associated with clay shooting. The undersigned (“Participant”) attests that he/she has no known physical or mental limitations that could impair his/her ability to participate in the Event and will not use any form of alcohol, prescription drugs or nonprescription drugs that could impair his/her ability to participate in the Sporting Clay Activities. Participant acknowledges SA BOMA reliance upon Participant’s attestation.
