This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiffs Alejandro Valenzuela, Angeleigh Manjarrez, and Paris Johnson (“Plaintiff”), individually and on behalf of all members of the Settlement Class and PAGA employees and Defendant Bamia 2, LLC (“Defendant”) The Agreement refers to Plaintiff and Defendant collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
