XTM™ VISA® PREPAID CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT This document constitutes a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between XTM™ Inc. (“XTM”) and you (the “Customer”) with respect to the termsof use under which the XTM™ Prepaid Visa® Card has been acquired by or issued to you. By acquiring or accepting and using the Card, you agree to be bound by and accept the terms and conditions contained in thisAgreement. In thisAgreement, “Card” meansthe XTM Prepaid Visa Card issued or acquired by you. The words “you” and “your” means the person or persons who have received the Card and are authorized to use the Card as provided for in this Agreement. The words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean XTM, our successors, affiliates, or assignees.
