REMINDER - BATS Global Markets New Market Data AgreementDue May 1, 2013 As previously announced, subject to a rule filing with the SEC, BATS will introduce fees for its PITCH (Depth of Book), TOP/Level 1 (Top of Book), and Last Sale feeds for the BATS BZX Exchange and BATS BYX Exchange beginning July 1, 2013. Anyone that receives BATS U.S. market data or BATS Chi-X Europe data sourced from the U.S. is required to execute the new BATS Global Markets Data Agreement, which replaces any previously signed market data agreements with BATS to receive BATS market data. The new agreement and other ancillary documents, which are outlined below, should be completed and returned to BATS via email (membershipservices@bats.com) or fax (913.815.7119) by May 1, 2013. Market Data Termination Notices terminating your current market data agreement with BATS will be sent on or before June 1, 2013, with an effective date of July 1, 2013, to those firms that have not completed and returned to BATS the new
