WHEREAS, Grantee is a provider of broadband internet and telephone services; and WHEREAS, the Town wishes to provide additional opportunities for internet and telephone service to citizens within the Town by allowing Grantee to use the Town's rights-of-way for Grantee’s broadband infrastructure and equipment (the “Facilities”) under the terms of this Agreement.
