This Informatica License and Services Agreement (“ILSA”) is entered into between the GSA Multiple Award Schedule Contractor acting on behalf of Informatica LLC (“Informatica”) and the Ordering Activity under GSA Schedule contracts identified in the purchase order or similar document (“Customer”) as of the last date an Order is signed (“Effective Date”). All headings are for ease of reference and are for convenience only, and do not affect interpretation. All references to Informatica herein shall be deemed references to the GSA Schedule Contract Holder. For avoidance of doubt, nothing herein shall establish privity of contract between Informatica LLC and the Ordering Activity.
