The Borrower(s) understand that by deferring their monthly payments, the maturity date may be extended; if escrow is present, escrow payment amounts will increase due to miss escrow payments, the principal balance will not reduce as originally scheduled resulting in additional interest expense. Payments will recommence on your normal payment date following the month in which the deferment period ends.
