THIS AGREEMENT for Employment as Interim Town Manager (hereinafter "Agreement") is made and entered into effective as of this the 23rd day of October, 2023, by and between the Town of Mooresville, North Carolina (hereinafter "Town"), by and through the Town Board of Mooresville (hereinafter "Town Board") and Jim Landon (hereinafter "Mr. Landon"), to establish and set forth the terms and conditions of the employment of Mr. Landon as the Interim Town Manager of the Town.
