This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Whitehead Oil Company, 2537 Randolph Street, Lincoln, NE 68510 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated June 19, 2020 executed under City Executive Order No. 94500, and County Contract C-20-0341, dated June 23, 2020, and executed by the City of Lincoln- Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on July 14, 2020 , for Annual supply – Motor Fuel, Bid No. 20-137, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
