THIS AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes only August 13, 2013, is made and entered into by and between the Board of County Commissioners of Larimer County, Colorado, 200 West Oak Street, Fort Collins, Colorado 80521 (hereinafter “COUNTY”) and AP Mountain States, LLC dba Adolfson & Peterson Construction, 797 Venture Street, Aurora, CO 80011 (hereinafter “CONTRACTOR”). It is hereby attached to and shall become part of the agreement by and between COUNTY and CONTRACTOR which was executed April 6, 2012.
