THIS MASTER INDENTURE, dated as of March 17, 2020, is by and between the CITY OF ARLINGTON, TEXAS (the “City”), and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association, as trustee (together with its successors, the “Trustee”). Capitalized terms used in the preambles, recitals and granting clauses and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings assigned thereto in Article I. This Master Indenture may be referred to herein as this “Master Indenture” or this “Indenture.”
