We unfortunately do not have a signed agreement with the Maui Sands II Board. We optimistically believed it would be signed when we held our Board meeting in October. The MSII Board wanted a few changes, which we had our attorney make. We believe we had agreed to a more than fair solution. In an effort to work cohesively with our MSII neighbors, we tried to reach out in a professional and congenial manner. In November, we heard from the MSII Board that the agreement would not be signed this year. As a result, we have tabled any agreement with MSII, believing they have no intention of signing or working out a reasonable settlement. For more than a year, there has been a great deal of time spent on this issue, and your Board's patience has been sorely tried.
