The following contractual conditions will apply to all individual contracts for the provision of air freight transport and all related services concluded by Schenker d.o.o. and the customer. Schenker d.o.o., Croatia, is not obliged to conclude individual contracts. A commission agreement for specific individual transport, regardless of how many packages it includes, can only be concluded with Schenker d.o.o. by confirming or accepting the shipment for transport. If Schenker d.o.o. does not accept the customer's order for specific transportation, Schenker d.o.o., Croatia, will inform the customer about this in writing or electronically within 24 hours. If individual contracts are concluded, the following contractual conditions apply.
