THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 2021, by and between the TOWN OF JOHNSTOWN, a municipal corporation of the State of Colorado (“Town”), and High Plains Metropolitan District Nos. 1, 3 and 4, each a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado (individually a “District”, and collectively, the “Districts”). The Town and the Districts are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
