This agreement for the provision of landfill gas monitoring, support and reporting services (“Agreement”) is made and entered in this 15th day of October, 2013 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation (“City)” and GC Environmental, Inc. (“Consultant”).
